Paulette Albertson resides in Sahuarita, AZ, a small town twenty minutes south of Tucson. She has been a teacher of piano and music theory for close to forty years and is a Nationally Certified Teacher of Music through the Music Teachers National Association. Mrs. Albertson is listed in the 2007 -2010 WHO'S WHO IN AMERICA and the 2008-2009 WHO'S WHO OF AMERICAN WOMEN.
Her education consists of piano instruction in Midland, Texas under the late Lillian Knaur. Her higher music education was Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas; Richland College in Dallas, Texas; and The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas. Piano studies were with Professors Frederick Thiebaud, Gena Cannon and Jesse Parker.
She has been an active participant in music organizations.

She has been a keyboard evaluator for the Certificate of Merit program of the MTAC 1997-2003, Composers Today evaluator for student original compositions 2005-now and is an adjudicator for the National Guild 1997-now.
She has been a music curriculum consultant for Knowledge Adventure, Inc. for JUMPSTART 4th GRADE ADVENTURES 2000 and the JUMPSTART ADVANCED 4th GRADE 2003.
The article written by Ms. Albertson "The Chart of Fifths, an Alternative to the Circle", was published in the PIANO GUILD NOTES, November/December 1993.
She also arranges music for Piano for 4 hands. 'Electric Light Parade'ÂÂÂ was performed the TMTA Ensemble Program in 2008.
